Your Healing  Journey

I offer a range of therapy options designed to help you find relief, uncover root causes, and create lasting change. Whether you’re seeking traditional talk therapy or a deeper somatic approach, we’ll find the path that best supports your healing.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, body-based therapy that helps access and process emotional material stored in the brain and nervous system. This modality can be effective when talk therapy is not enough. Together, we identify “brainspots,” or eye positions connected to emotional and physical activation, allowing your system to release and integrate at its own natural pace.

  • Unlock your body’s innate capacity for healing

  • Access and process trauma held in the nervous system

  • Reduce anxiety and chronic emotional activation

  • Support lasting integration without forcing or re-traumatization

Where you look determines how you feel is the guiding principal of brainspotting.

Talk Therapy

Through our sessions, we explore patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics shaped by early experiences and current challenges. Rooted in self-love and empathy, this work gently examines the beliefs shaping your life so healthier and more grounded ways of being can emerge.

  • Increase insight into emotional and relational patterns

  • Understand the impact of early experiences on current challenges

  • Cultivate self-compassion and internal safety

  • Develop more grounded, authentic ways of relating to yourself and others

Integrative Therapy

For many clients, the most effective path blends talk therapy with somatic and experiential work. This approach honors the whole person, mind and body and helps you heal in a way that is both deep and sustainable.
