For more than a decade, I have walked alongside adults working through depression, anxiety, grief, and the long-term effects of childhood and relational trauma. My approach is grounded in warm, relational, somatic-focused therapy that honors your unique story while recognizing our shared human needs for safety, connection, and healing.
